Pauline has taught Science (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) at KS3 and GCSE and Biology and Chemistry at A-level.

Pauline has worked at senior leadership level in secondary education for many years including as Headteacher of a West Sussex secondary school (11-18).  Other senior roles included leading on teaching and learning, behaviour, attendance, safeguarding, and staffing.  

Currently Pauline is an educational consultant supporting senior leaders working in primary and secondary phases in both mainstream and special education.  She has many years of mentoring experience and has supported women into leadership programmes in West Sussex.
