Joanna has been working in initial teacher training for over 10 years leading SCITT’s that span the primary and secondary phases. Having taught in all primary age ranges, and been headteacher in two schools, she believes in a well-rounded curriculum and supported staff who can thrive in school. When teaching, Jo was a Lead Practitioner for English and Maths and has undertaken consultancy work related to school leadership and behaviour.
