Inspiring Future Teachers

Lizzie oversees the strategic direction of Teach Kent & Sussex, and Kent Teaching School Hub on behalf of The Tenax Schools Trust.

Jon oversees the operations of our teacher training programme and leads its strategic development. He manages all aspects of our trainees’ professional development including placements and assessment. Jon leads the provision of mentor and facilitator training. As secondary lead mentor, Jon teaches trainees for their professional studies as well as quality assuring their in-school programme.

Sophie is responsible for our primary trainees’ professional development. She is the primary lead mentor which means that she supports the work of our team of primary mentors. This entitles training mentors and supporting them with mentoring activity.

Louise leads the administration process to support for our trainees and schools, from recruitment process through to course completion.

Kelda is the point of contact for anyone interested in finding out more about training to teach with us. Kelda also co-ordinates training events and communications about the work of our teacher training program.
