Paul is responsible for the strategic development and direction of the teacher training programme across the GLF Teacher Training Hub and works closely with our partner providers. He has worked in education for 20 years in a variety of different roles, including as a Head of School and as a Trustee for a local MAT. He has mentored and assessed trainee teachers throughout his career, working for various local providers and counties. He has been a part of the GLF SCITT since 2018.
