Jo is the Director of the HISP Learning Partnership and Executive Headteacher at Test Valley School. Jo leads improvement amongst schools that are part of the HISP Multi-Academy Trust and oversees the HISP Learning Partnership. She believes in the power of the hubs to transform schools and the education HISP offers its students. Jo is an experienced Headteacher and senior leader who ensures pupils are at the heart of all school improvement work.
