At HISP, we offer a school-centred training programme built on deep collaboration between Teaching School Hubs, Research Schools, and expert training providers. Our carefully sequenced programme blends the strength of a national initiative with the personal touch of locally-based, school-focused training.  

From day one, you’ll be immersed in a real school environment, supported by passionate mentors, subject specialists, and a dedicated network of Hub and Sub-hub Leads. Our partner schools are united in their mission to train exceptional teachers, and many trainees go on to work in the very schools they trained in.
