Louise trained as a Music teacher and has taught in the south of England and London schools for nearly 30 years. Louise worked as a Deputy Headteacher for five years and is currently a consultant for a London borough, supporting raising standards across Key Stages 4 and 5.

Louise has in the past been the Programme Lead for the SCITT and continues to work for other providers in Initial Teacher Training.
