Sophie has been a Primary School Teacher for 15 years.

She has taught across Key Stages 1 and 2 during this time.

She works as Assistant Headteacher responsible for curriculum at a local large primary school. She is English Lead and ECT Mentor to new teachers in her school, with many years of supporting student teachers.

She has completed the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership.
