Ben is an Assistant Headteacher at Durrington High School with responsibility for teaching and learning, assessment and reporting. Ben has been at Durrington for 10 years, initially as a Geography teacher and then Head of Department.

Alongside his current role he is also an Assistant Director of Durrington Research School – one of only 33 research schools in the country. Within this role Ben leads on multiple training programmes and partnership projects with schools/educational authorities across the south of England to develop their current practice and professional development provision.
