I am the Deputy Director of GLF West Sussex Teaching School Hub, leading on the Initial Teacher Training and Early Career Teacher Development. I have 20-years of teaching experience within primary education. Central to the roles I have fulfilled, is my keen interest in supporting teachers at every stage of their career. I’m extremely privileged to be the Hub Lead for GLF Teacher Training, working with a great team to support the training and development of our future leaders in education!  I firmly believe, that the words of Rita Pierson, ‘Every child deserves a champion’, should be extended upon - every teacher deserves a champion too!
