I am the Assistant Director of GLF West Sussex Teaching School hub, leading on National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) but I am also the Primary Centre based training lead for our Surrey school trainees and work on the ECF team where I work with ECTs and mentors across our trust schools.

I have over 20 years of Primary teaching experience and an experienced school leader and Headteacher in different settings. Both teaching and learning and the development of others has always been something very close to my heart and I am now proud to be working with those who are just starting out in their teaching careers through the Surrey GLF Teaching School hub.
