Kat Allen is the Hub Lead for the Isle of Wight Hub and teaches Geography and Travel and Tourism at Medina College and Island VI Form. She has extensive experience supporting trainee and early career teachers as a mentor, Professional Tutor, and Induction Tutor, and now focuses on training the next generation of teachers on the Isle of Wight. Kat is passionate about nurturing talent, ensuring that young people receive the best educational opportunities, while inspiring and developing new teachers and mentors to build rewarding and meaningful careers.
