• What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Gardening, craft, hosting dinner parties and planning holidays with my husband.
• What do you love most about teaching? Seeing the “light bulb moment”, especially when someone who has been working hard finally understands.
• Which school-based role have you most enjoyed, and why? As a senior leader, I loved supporting and empowering others in a range of subjects to be the best they could be.
• What is the most rewarding part of supporting and training teachers? Watching trainees teach amazing lessons and reflecting on their journey with them.
