Mel has worked within the partnership for two and a half years, supporting a variety of teams and projects. For the past two years, she has managed admissions for both Portswood and Tannersbrook, while also providing support to the Science Partnership and the Inspiring Future Teachers (IFT) programme.

With a background in administration and recruitment across both education and IT sectors, Mel brings strong organisational skills and a people-focused approach to her role. She now helps oversee the administration of the IFT programmes, ensuring everything runs smoothly for trainees and partners alike.
