Jo has been teaching in secondary schools for 22 years, having qualified from Brighton University in PE and Dance. Throughout her career, she has embraced a range of pastoral roles, including Head of Year, alongside her teaching responsibilities. Jo is currently the Professional Tutor and Link Tutor at Millais School, where she works closely with a fantastic group of trainee teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). She is passionate about sharing experiences, ideas and practical insights to help others feel supported and empowered as they navigate their own journey within the teaching profession.
