Tamara has 30 years of experience in the primary sector and has been a phase lead, EYFS SLE, subject lead and deputy head. For most of this time, she has been working with ECTS, students and trainee teachers, leading on their CPD and development. She is currently an ECT facilitator for her local education authority. Her passions are English, where she enjoys modelling writing for staff at her school, and supporting new teachers entering the profession.
