We believe that the best place for trainee teachers to learn how to become excellent classroom practitioners is in a school.  Our programme leads to QTS, with trainees able to opt for the additional PGCE awarded by the University of Brighton. You will meet with your mentor on a weekly basis, setting short and long-term targets and reviewing your progress against the Teachers’ Standards that form the basis of your training.
